At Wandsworth Mediation Service, we have over 50 trained mediators who are instrumental in delivering our service and helping people resolve their disputes.
Our community mediators, facilitators and conflict coaches are all trained volunteers who are committed to serving their local community. The majority of them are Wandsworth residents. We provide regular supervision and professional development opportunities to ensure that they are working to the highest standard.

The commercial mediators on our panel are all highly experienced and qualified mediators with their own successful practices which are independent of their voluntary work with us. They are all accredited by the Civil Mediation Council and work in accordance with the European Code of Conduct for Mediators.
Our commercial and workplace mediators generously donate 100% of their fees to the charity. All income received supports the community side of our work. Our charity is unique amongst community mediation services in funding our service in this way.
