Wandsworth Mediation Service is a registered charity that provides conflict resolution services in London and nationwide. We provide mediation for neighbours, family members and work colleagues who are in dispute. We support groups and teams who are struggling with conflict to reach consensus and find solutions. Our commercial mediation services are used by businesses to resolve business or contractual issues.
We are seeking a Volunteer Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. The successful candidate will oversee financial forecasts, provide financial advice to Trustees and the Service Manager, and ensure that finances are managed effectively. The role requires an understanding of finance and accounting, excellent Excel skills, good communication skills, and a commitment to the time required to fulfil the role of Trustee. The ideal candidate will have experience in the charitable and voluntary sector and a specialist knowledge or lived experience that could contribute to the diversity and effectiveness of the Trustee Board.
