Wandsworth Mediation Service has been appointed to manage the mediation process for the Post Office Limited in relation to its recently-announced Historical Shortfall Scheme. The Scheme was launched in 2020 to compensate the postmasters affected but not convicted of crime by the Post Office in relation to shortfalls with the Horizon IT system.
