In July-August 2022 Wandsworth Mediation Service is running free “Connecting and communicating in conflict” workshops for members of Battersea community organisations. The training is designed to support leaders who are working with young people, and whose role also involves engaging with professionals in other services such as the Police, Local Authority, Social Services or key workers. It is particularly focussed on how to connect and communicate with people who may be demonstrating challenging behaviour or engaging in conflict.
