We’re hiring: Workshop facilitators working with teenagers in schools and PRUs.

In addition to recruiting workshop facilitators for our Peer Mediation project, we’re now expanding our team for Reflect – our games-based behaviour intervention programme for young people at risk of exclusion or struggling to manage their behaviour. We deliver Reflect in secondary schools and PRUs across London and beyond.

Reflect is a 6-week course that teaches emotional regulation, communication and conflict resolution skills. It’s fast-paced and very interactive – using over 40 interchangeable activities that help students build confidence, resilience, and better relationships.

We’re looking for facilitators who can connect with young people who don’t always find school easy – people who bring energy, empathy and structure, and know how to create a space where teenagers feel safe, respected and willing to engage.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience teaching or leading interactive workshops for young people, ideally those who struggle in mainstream settings.
  • Confidence managing challenging behaviour and group dynamics
  • Calm, empathetic communication style – assertive but never patronising
  • A flexible approach – able to adapt on the go
  • Availability during term-time, school hours
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo safer recruitment checks (DBS, references, safeguarding training)

What we offer:

  • Up to £2,200 per project
  • Project-based work (approx. 8 days over 2–3 months)
  • Free induction training over two evenings in June 2025
  • A welcoming team and ongoing support.
