Do you love working with children and believe in their power to solve problems peacefully? WMS is looking for new freelance workshop facilitators to help us deliver our peer mediation programme in primary schools across London and beyond.
You’ll be training Year 4-6 pupils to become peer mediators – children who help other children sort out small fallouts and playground conflicts in a peaceful way. You’ll be delivering workshops for school staff and pupils. Our training is fun, practical and packed with games, so we are looking for people who are warm, confident and great at connecting with children.
We provide:
- Free induction training (over two evenings in June)
- Ongoing support from our experienced team
- Flexible, project-based work during school hours
- Between £600 and £1500 per project (freelance/self-employed basis)
You’ll need experience working with children and lots of energy, empathy and creativity. If you’ve led workshops, taught, or worked in schools before – we’d love to hear from you! Interested? Apply using the form below, and feel free to share this with anyone else who might be a good fit!
